3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Xifona Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, currently priced as shown on our Pricing page, and may include a free trial period.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing is processed and managed through the Apple App Store, in accordance with their respective billing and refund policies.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by the applicable app store per their standard policies; Xifona does not directly process refunds.
5. Your Content & Photo Rights
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. By uploading a photo for analysis, you grant Xifona a limited, non-exclusive license to process that image solely to provide the Service (e.g., AI analysis, comparison, and history features). We do not sell or resell your photos to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual imagery, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.
7. AI Limitations Disclaimer
AI-generated feedback, scores, and recommendations are for entertainment and general guidance only. They are not a guarantee of any particular style outcome, social reception, or result, and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by Xifona and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted to use the app, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xifona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
